On January 24, 2025, my beloved dog finally arrived in London! I would like to express my endless gratitude to Elena and Vladimir Bespalov and everyone who helped in transporting my pet! To begin with, I have always received patient and detailed answers to my endless questions! Elena was always in touch, checked the correctness of the registration of exit documents, and then sent a detailed report on the movement of the dog along the route Moscow-England! My dog is whimsical, usually behaves very introverted when traveling, refuses to eat, but Vladimir managed to feed her, for which special thanks!
During my communication with Elena and Vladimir, I became convinced that for them both; the health and well-being of the animals entrusted to them is a priority! During the transfer between the destinations, the dog was walked and watered! The animals were transported in comfortable and spacious cages with built-in drinkers! And despite the difficult journey, my dog arrived in England in good condition! I am impressed and very glad that I turned to them for help!)

We transported our cat from Turkey to the UK while being in Batumi. We started communicating with Elena long before the trip, carefully planning the route. In the end, we decided to take our cat to Turkey ourselves and hand them over there.
Elena guided us through every step, consulted us on all the documents, helped with organizational matters, and was always in touch. She was very accommodating and adapted to our situation. Communicating with her was pleasant and comfortable—you can immediately tell she truly loves and cares for animals. From the very beginning, we felt trust, and it was fully justified.
Throughout the journey, Elena kept us updated on everything, regularly sending photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind. It’s clear that she takes her work very seriously and does everything possible to ensure the comfort of pets.
Great people, highly recommend!

I want to leave a review about transporting my cat from Russia to the UK, which took place from January 23 to 24, 2025. The cat left home in the Moscow region around 6 AM Moscow time with my father and headed to Sheremetyevo Airport. By 9 AM the next day, he was already with me in London in his carrier.
A week before the trip, we contacted the pet transport company, received very detailed answers to all our questions, and also consulted with them on the best way to transport my cat—who is both a huge coward and a pretty big boy. We decided that making him endure two flights in a cramped soft carrier that fits in the cabin wouldn’t be the best idea. Additionally, animals need to be taken out more frequently at border control, and my cat is very skittish and afraid of large crowds of unfamiliar people. So, we opted to transport him in a special cargo hold for animals.
The route was as follows: he flew to Istanbul, then to Paris, and from there traveled by car through the Eurotunnel. By the time of the trip, he already had a rabies titer test completed with the required three-month waiting period, and his microchip had been implanted back in 2022. In short, he was fully prepared for the journey.
The transport company regularly sent us photos and videos, updating us on his condition. I wasn’t worried about him being in the cargo hold because he would have been much worse off in a tiny carrier. The transporter who flew with him to France always reminded the flight attendants to turn on the heating since she was traveling with animals. But everything was well-organized, so I had no concerns.
When he arrived, he was scared—he hadn’t eaten, drunk, or used the litter box during the journey—but he’s an anxious cat in general, and overall, he was in good shape. We met the transport team in London, and up until that moment, I wasn’t worried at all. But then I had to take him on a train from London to Leamington Spa, and I was eagerly waiting to get home so he could stretch his legs and start recovering.
Once we arrived, he was still anxious but immediately drank water for about 3–4 minutes straight. He also used the litter box right away. I just want to reassure others that even if there are minor delays and your cat takes time to adapt, they will eventually recover. Just give them time.
I also want to mention that my cat's carrier was extremely heavy (8 kg), and he himself isn’t small (6.5 kg). The transport company kindly lent me a soft carrier for the final leg of the journey from London to Leamington Spa because I wouldn’t have been able to carry him in his original one. Soon, I’ll be heading back to London to swap their small soft carrier for my big one.
I’d also like to add that there were no communication issues with Elena and Vladimir. They regularly called us or sent voice messages, so my father and I were in constant contact with the Bespalovs. I honestly didn’t worry at all until the moment my cat was with me and I had to take the train to my city.
My experience with the LISKO was very positive, and I would recommend not being afraid of the cargo hold if you have a large and/or very skittish pet.
Huge thanks to the team for their care and attention to animals! My cat has almost fully recovered, and now I just have one more trip to London to exchange the carriers!

Great service. Elena kept me informed of my dogs long journey from Moscow to England. She sent photos and videos and has helped act as a translator for me between myself and the charity in Russia where my dog came from. I would recommend this service to anyone. Elena is very friendly and helpful 10/10.
